Our CEO and clinical nurse superstar, Donna, brings two decades of hands-on healthcare experience to her role as Director and practising therapist at Dynamic Ability. 

Driven by a passion for high-quality, person-centred care, Donna founded Dynamic Ability with a focus on delivering compassionate and collaborative support. She specialises in managing complex care needs, coordinating personalised, holistic support plans, and providing customised therapeutic interventions across the lifespan. 

Donna's expertise spans all aspects of mental health and psychosocial disabilities, including developmental disorders, acquired brain injuries and the application of play therapy.

Donna’s exceptional clinical and managerial skills shine through in her critical thinking, robust risk management strategies, and ability to expertly navigate even the most challenging cases. Despite her wealth of experience, she remains approachable, relatable, and genuinely caring, fostering strong connections with those she supports.
